Top Games for October 2015 — Bob Ross Edition
Happiness is a little tree. Maybe a fluffy cloud. And sometimes an almighty mountain. At the end of October, we fully launched the Creative category, and did so with a bang by presenting an entire 403-episode marathon of Bob Ross’s “The Joy of Painting”. (Still going strong!) This has brought our new Creative community joy, as well as our vast gaming community who took to the chat and have made gamerspeak part of the new lore. (The Joy of Memeing?) Creative checks in this month at lucky #13. #KappaRoss
When not telling Bob Ross he has “RUINED” another painting, viewers have taken to:
League of Legends — (Duh.) The 2015 World Championship culminated with SKTelecom T1 taking the Summoner’s Cup home with a resounding 3–1 victory over KOO Tigers. #MingLee
Fifa 16 — People around the world love soccer (aka ‘futbol’). Who knew. #KevinTurtle
Overwatch — Blizzard’s much anticipated FPS offering arrived at the end of October and has been all the rave, for those lucky few that actually have access. Unlike this guy. #PJSalt
Minecraft — In addition to the Build Guild getting back to the block, the German sensation Rewinside brought his talents to Twitch, and helped boost Minecraft to #9. #SSSsss
Star Wars Battlefront — A brief Beta window saw just about everyone check out the new Hothness. #PogChamp
Bob Ross paints. I do lists. Enjoy.
