Twitch Weekly goes LIVE this Friday — Q&A for hoodie and Turbo giveaways!

As you may or may not know, we launched a new show five weeks ago titled “Twitch Weekly.” The goal of this show is to deliver our global audience a bite-sized piece of video content which covers upcoming events, community content, and generally all things Twitch, this week.

After one solid month of airing 3–5 minute post-produced shows each Friday, we’d like to try a new format by actually using our own platform as it was initially intended by airing Twitch Weekly for the week of 4/25 LIVE from the Twitch HQ.

That’s right, Twitch Weekly will be aired this Friday April 25th at 12PM PDT / 3PM EDT / 1900 CET live on the official Twitch channel with hosts djWHEAT, FishStix, and Atrioc!

This show will deviate from the previous format. Instead of 3–5 minutes, we are shooting for a 30 minute — 1 hour (depend on how things pan out!) longer format show. This should allow us to spend time discussing this week’s content, take questions for chat and Twitter, and talk about Twitch in a much broader, unrestricted sense. As part of the new show, we will be giving away one exclusive grey Twitch hoodie and three free months of Turbo to our favorite questions of the show. You may start asking questions right now by Tweeting @Twitch and using the hashtag #TwitchWeekly! We may dive into some stats at your request.
