Update — Channel Page Beta

Thank you so much for all of your feedback on the channel page redesign. We’re listening and we hear you!

Please note that the redesign we launched yesterday is version #1 in a broadcaster-only beta period and is only viewable by broadcasters and editors. During this time, we’re gathering detailed feedback via email to feedback@twitch.tv, blog post comments, Twitter responses, and Facebook comments. We’re taking it all into account as we continue to improve on the product.

Soon, we’ll open up the new design to viewers via an optional opt-in beta period in which viewers can choose to view your channel in the new design, or the old design. Rest assured, your current channel page lives on and will be available to viewers who prefer it.

We are fully aware that customization and flexibility are important to you, and that you value the individuality of your channel pages. We intend to continue iterating on the new design — based on your feedback — so that you’re happy with the available features and functionality when it goes live.

Remember, your old channel page will live on for the time being as we hammer away on the new layout. Thanks again for broadcasting on Twitch, and thank you for your patience.
